                           Habitat

They live in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans. They have been found as far north as British Columbia and Newfoundland, and as far south as the southern tip of Africa and Austrialia. It is the only reptile to be active in waters below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
